Helium Comedy Club
Historic Building Construction, Rooftop Air Conditioning
- Design-build project featuring fast-track construction in the basement level of a 4 story historic building in Philadelphia.
- Our design features three packaged custom rooftop air conditioning systems capable of providing 100% outside air.
- Systems are ducted through 4 stories of parking garage into the space, and are linked with a 3-stage exhaust system to maintain proper space temperature and pressurization.
Collegium Charter School
School, Heat Pump System, Direct Digital Control System
- Installation of a complete water source heat pump system including 100 Ton cooling tower, high efficiency boilers, variable frequency drives, hydronic piping and pumping systems, and ductwork.
- Carrier CCN digital control system providing centralized scheduling and configuration of all HVAC systems, real-time monitoring of system operation, and Web-based remote access to building status.
Parklane at Bellingham
Nursing Care Facility, Design / Build
- Design/build project including construction of a 3-story nursing care facility featuring patient rooms, dining facilities, lounges, office wing, and commercial kitchen.
Temple Beth OR
Synagogue, Design / Build, Packaged Rooftop Air Conditioning
- Another design/build project featuring construction of a new Synagogue with sanctuary, social hall, commercial kitchen, and education wing with 24 classrooms, library, and multipurpose rooms.
- Packaged rooftop air conditioning equipment with integral energy recovery systems and onboard digital unitary controllers to provide code-required fresh air ventilation while minimizing energy consumption in high occupancy areas.
Wellington at Hershey’s Mill
Managed Care Facility, Design / Build, Heat Pump System
- Design/build project featuring construction of a 4-story managed care facility including 200 apartments, complete dining area, theater, exercise center, and indoor pool facility.
- Combination of packaged and split-system heat pumps to service public areas and corridors, ducted vertical packaged heat pumps to service apartments, and split system dehumidification system to service the pool enclosure.
Dendrite International
Electronic Repair Facility, Packaged Rooftop Air Conditioning, Controls System
- Design/build project involving a 150,000 ft2 electronic repair facility.
- 3 month fast-track construction including eighteen packaged rooftop air conditioning units, and a complete Building Management System with remote monitoring and diagnostics.
Cisco
Cisco TelePresence Office, HVAC System, Design / Build
- Designed and installed new HVAC systems for various Cisco TelePresence facilities in the greater Philadelphia region.
- System design met critical noise limitations and temperature requirements.
Great Valley Corporate Center
Corporate Building Complex, Engineering, Design / Build, Renovation, Control Systems
- Fast-track renovation project for a leading Philadelphia-area general contractor.
- Project was designed and achieved LEED® Gold certification.
- Installed complete building management system including all new VAV terminals, digital controls, and Web-accessible operator interface.
